The challenge

STEM Healthcare reached out to Bespoke with regards to various manual elements involved with their reporting process. Over 30 sets of graphs were being created manually on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as having to export multiple downloads from SalesForce. This all had to be manually adjusted in order to produce operational KPIs, which were heavily relied on within the business development team, as well as for providing commercial performance review packs on a regular basis. This all had a substantial impact on company time and resource, with time being spent on gathering the required data, rather than actual analysis.

The solution

Bespoke’s solution was to build an import tool that would allow the raw data from SalesForce to be processed and converted into graphs and tables without any manipulation. The generated reporting was created in such a way that the results could be easily transferred into other media such as PowerPoint, without the need for reformatting or further manipulation.

This was achieved through the production of an in-depth functional specification to allow STEM Healthcare to see that the team at Bespoke fully understood the requirements. This functional specification was as a result of thorough document analysis and reverse engineering of the current workbooks in use.

The solution enabled the STEM Healthcare management team to step away from heavy data manipulation task,s in favour of spending more times reviewing the results and putting the KPIs to use.
