Who is the workshop for?

Most organisations don’t struggle to imagine how AI could help. They struggle to decide where it’s worth starting, how to do it safely, and how to justify the investment.

This workshop gives you a clear, structured way forward.

It’s designed to help you:

• Identify high-value Copilot and Power Platform scenarios grounded in real work
• Assess readiness across data, security, governance, and adoption
• Shape one priority use case into a practical proof of concept
• Base next steps on evidence, not assumptions

Hayley Alldridge – Marches Academy Trust

“Our recent AI workshop was incredibly valuable. The session opened our eyes to what is possible with AI, automation and Microsoft technologies, showing practical ways we can streamline tasks, improve consistency and reduce manual workload across the Trust. The team took the time to understand our systems and challenges, and their guidance on areas such as Copilot, Power Automate, data security and responsible AI use was clear, practical and easy to apply.

What stood out most was their ability to translate complex AI concepts into real, achievable next steps that will genuinely help us drive efficiency. The workshop has already sparked new ideas across our teams, and we left feeling confident and excited about the opportunities ahead. I would highly recommend Bespoke to any organisation looking to strengthen automation, enhance productivity and embed AI safely and effectively.”

Example Workshop Agenda

The workshop is designed as a focused half-day session, typically running 3–5 hours. It can be delivered in person or remotely depending on scope and attendees. A typical agenda looks like this:

Welcome and alignment (15 mins)
We bring everyone together, outline objectives for the session, and align on what success looks like for your organisation.

Exploring opportunities (45 mins)
We explore where AI, automation, and analytics could add value – taking into account the tools and platforms you already use. The focus is on realistic opportunities.

Open discussion and priorities (15 mins)
Time to surface initial questions, challenges, and ideas, and align on the areas that matter most before going deeper.

Process mapping and requirements (60 mins)
We walk through key workflows to understand how work gets done today, identify friction, and highlight opportunities for AI, automation, or better insight.

Shaping potential solutions (60 mins)
We explore potential solutions tailored to your context, including how they would integrate with existing systems and ways of working.

Timelines and next steps (30 mins)
We discuss what could be achieved in the short term, what might follow in the medium term, and how this could fit into a longer-term view.

Wrap-up and actions (30 mins)
We summarise key findings, confirm agreed next steps, and outline what happens after the workshop. Questions are encouraged throughout, not saved for the end.

**The agenda and timings are indicative and may be adjusted based on your priorities, attendees, and focus areas agreed in advance.

How the Workshop Works

1. Opportunity

Using focused examples and scenarios, we explore where Copilot and Power Platform could remove friction or improve decisions in your organisation.

We also focus on data security, governance, and adoption from the start. This way, we shape ideas with the right limits in mind.

Technologies we explore

Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat

  • How AI can support everyday tasks, decision-making, and information access across roles

Agents and Copilot Studio

  • Where conversational or task-based agents can assist teams while keeping people in control

Power Platform

  • How automation and lightweight applications can remove friction and connect Copilot to the systems you already rely on
