Who is the workshop for?

For organisations already using Copilot or Power Platform, the challenge changes fast.

It’s not just about knowing what’s possible. It’s about activating the right scenarios, supporting adoption, and ensuring that the extra licence investment is worthwhile.

The Copilot + Power Deployment Accelerator is designed for that next stage.

It focuses on practical deployment, activation, and rollout. This helps you shift from early use to consistent, repeatable value across teams

Usually delivered in person, but remote options are available if you prefer. It focuses on your current Microsoft setup and the licences you already possess.

Example Workshop Agenda

This workshop is delivered as a compact half-day session, usually lasting 3-5 hours, depending on scope and participants. A typical session is structured as follows:

Getting started (15 mins)
We kick things off by getting everyone aligned on why we’re here and what a good outcome looks like.

Exploring where value could be (45 mins)
We look at where AI, automation, and analytics could genuinely help based on how you work today and the tools you already use.

Open discussion (15 mins)
There’s space to ask questions, share early thoughts, and agree on which areas are worth spending time on.

Looking at how work gets done (60 mins)
We walk through key processes to see where things slow down, where information gets stuck, and where there’s room to improve.

Shaping possible solutions (60 mins)
From there, we explore a small number of potential solutions that make sense for your setup and how they’d fit alongside your existing systems.

What happens next (30 mins)
We talk through short-term opportunities, what could come later, and how this might fit into a longer-term plan.

Wrap-up (30 mins)
We recap what we’ve covered, agree on next steps, and make sure everyone’s clear on what happens after the workshop.

**The agenda and timings are flexible and may change slightly depending on your priorities and the focus of the session.

How the Deployment Accelerator Works

1. Focus on real usage

We start by looking at how Copilot and Power Platform are being used today — and where they’re not.
The aim is to understand which scenarios are landing well, where usage is stalling, and where additional licences or broader rollout could deliver genuine value rather than noise.

Technologies we explore

Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat

  • How AI can support everyday tasks, decision-making, and information access across roles

Agents and Copilot Studio

  • Where conversational or task-based agents can assist teams while keeping people in control

Power Platform

  • How automation and lightweight applications can remove friction and connect Copilot to the systems you already rely on

What you leave with

By the end of the workshop, you will:

  • Have a clear view of how Copilot and Power Platform are being used today, and where wider rollout will deliver value
  • Know which scenarios are ready to scale and which need further refinement before expanding licences
  • Have a practical approach for deploying Copilot and Power Platform more broadly, with adoption considerations built in
  • See activated scenarios and, where appropriate, a proof of concept to validate deployment and feasibility
  • Leave with agreed next steps and a clear plan for increasing usage and realising value from your investment
