When there is a large set of data and duplicates need to be removed, this would be nearly impossible to do manually. However, Excel has a very simple function that makes removing duplicates from data very easy.
Highlight the data that you want to remove duplicates from.
Click on the data tab and click Remove Duplicates.
The data that has been duplicated is then removed.
